Let James Baker enlighten you as he presents Digging up the Past. Archaeological sites — Pelmewash & others at the Creekside Theatre on Sunday, February 24, 2013. Doors open at 1 p.m. and the lecture is from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. Admission is by donation.

Baker is, of course, long-time Mayor of Lake Country, but he is also an archaeologist and Associate Professor Emeritus of the University of British Columbia. He brings insights into the archaeology of the Interior Plateau, and more specifically, the newly-discovered archaeological site on the Pelmewash Parkway.
